These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Planit website, application, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Free (Beta) and Future Subscriptions
Planit is currently free during beta. If subscriptions are introduced later, renewal terms and prices will be shown at checkout and you'll be notified in advance.
3. Billing & Taxes
When paid plans are introduced, prices will exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added based on your billing address.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel before the next billing cycle. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
No misuse, interference, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or creating a competing product using the Service. You are responsible for content you add (benchmarks, plans, etc.).
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or enter. You grant Planit a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including UI, software, and documentation, is owned by Planit or its licensors and protected by IP laws. No rights are transferred other than those needed to use the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
References to third-party platforms (e.g., social or ad platforms) do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Planit does not guarantee specific results, performance, or accuracy of benchmarks. Validate assumptions and outputs for your use case.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Planit and its affiliates from any claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Riyadh courts unless otherwise required by law.
